How executives learn…

Knowledge approach
Executive need to understand the concrete operational interest of what they learn.

The impact on their own models
Excutives have their own concepts of responsibilities and choices. They feel like to be respected in this ability that they have to chose and decide. They don't intergrate didactic situations based on a professor's authority.

Motivation
The first goal of an exective in training is a better emplyabiity, self-esteem and "passion" for the subject. The most current reasons for non-training are the lack of time, background hang-ups and the fear of doing wrong.
