The Institut de Formation Commerciale (Institute for Commercial Training) prepares trainees to the national examination organised by the National Committee for Medical Visiting, a Level III certified* qualification.

Since 1993, national examination success has become one of the requirements for being granted a medical visitor professional card.

The role of the medical visitor is to provide medical information to health professionals and to maintain a professional relationship with the latter to promote medicines and their good use in conformity with ethics.
